  • Self-Paced Experience: Individuals can enroll in available self-paced Development Paths and complete the learning independently through Amana.
  • Cohort Experience: Organizations and teams can purchase any Development Path as a private facilitated cohort. Participants complete structured self-paced learning and assignments, then come together for guided application, discussion, and Implementation Labs designed to help turn learning into workplace action.

    • Cohort Experiences are quoted based on the selected Development Path, number of participants, facilitation requirements, and organizational needs.
